Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Terrapin’s Trove. We take pride in the quality of our handmade products. Due to the nature of our items, please review our return policy carefully.

1. Handmade Product Disclaimer

• Our products are handmade, meaning slight variations and minor imperfections may occur.
• These variations do not affect the functionality or quality of the product and are not considered defects.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, where applicable, to be eligible for a return.
• Digital products are non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item) or a defective/damaged product, in which case we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
• Shipping costs, when applicable, from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges may be offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
• For defective or incorrect items, see Section 6.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We have a strong QC policy and keep records of all visual inspections on products before they are shipped. In the event that you have received a damaged or incorrect item:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We may require photos of the product and packaging to process a replacement or refund.
