I want to get it into the hands of players now. I will continue playtesting and remain open to feedback from the community. Early access allows funding to support hiring artists to bring the adventure fully to life. What is The Mysterious Court of Wisteria?
The Mysterious Court of Wisteria is a Fifth Edition 2024 compatible adventure that will take players into a Fey plane in the midst of a power struggle between a benevolent Queen and an evil Hag. This is a whimsical, high fantasy adventure with an extravagant ending that is designed to take players from level 1 to level 4 through combat and milestones, offer fun and immersive roleplay opportunities, and is beginner-friendly for both players and Dungeon Masters.

Elaborate on Early Access
As an independent creator and small business of one person, I thought I would be able to take on the entirety of creating this adventure. This included creating the art. Initially, I had placeholders throughout the adventure stock images with free licenses and intended to replace all of them with artwork. I started drawing some of the art myself in Procreate, but filling in all of the gaps to my liking was only delaying the launch of this adventure. I have left in my completed artworks and some of the placeholder photos. It is not a guarantee, but my intent is to use funding from early access sales to hire artists and really bring the scenes to life.
I am also running my own D&D campaign in my free time, so I have experience with interpreting how an adventure should be run but also understand that things may not translate perfectly. I’ve gone through great lengths to make sure this adventure is polished and easy to understand and follow, but it has not been extensively playtested. Material in this adventure is subject to change. Feedback from the community may help iron out any rough spots and ensure this is the best adventure it can possibly be.

I wrote this adventure after being inspired from a photograph I took in spring of 2025. The adventure is an original writing that adheres to the Dungeons & Dragons SRD and uses no AI generated content of any kind. This adventure took me months to outline, piece together, and organize into a final product that I am proud to release. I look forward to community feedback and an opportunity to hire human artists and keep AI slop out of creative spaces. I truly hope you enjoy the adventure and thank you for reading!
